I’ve done a bit of gun jumping (not for the first time!)… I happened to notice Ryanair had a bit of an offer on, and Nige’s calendar showed him with a long weekend at the beginning of June… so I went and booked some flights!

The total cost of our flights to Oslo Torp (and yes, this time I know it’s 100km away from Oslo) is £40 and £20 of that is Ryanair’s booking fee. Their whole fee system makes me so cross – I’d much rather they gave you the actual costs of the flight including non-optional charges like this – the booking fee is payable no matter which method of payment you choose!! Mind you, as we are paying just £5 each, each way with no taxes, you can’t really complain can you?

So, May 30th, we fly to Oslo – Norway here we come!
